HIRE OUR FACILITIES
From as little as £10 per hour, the village hall is perfect for parties, conference meetings, clubs and dining. Fully accessible, the facilities are clean and in perfect order. The AVCH has a well-equipped kitchen, with cooker and dishwasher. The hall can easily seat up to 70 and having a good sound system, hearing loop, film screen and various lighting options, different types of events can be easily catered for. A smaller meeting room and purpose built gazebo are also available for hire.
KITCHEN
The ACVH are happy to share its kitchen. Well-appointed, you will have use of the cooker, dishwasher and serving hatch. Kettles and cafetieres are available. Crockery, cutlery, cups and mugs are plentiful. We have a number of smaller square tables and a few larger ones. Please bring your own party table cloths and tea towels.
BAR
Currently the AVCE bar is not available for hire however we are happy for hirers to organise their own hot and cold beverages; There are plenty of glasses to serve your own alcoholic and soft drinks. For children's parties we suggest that you use our picnic plates and plastic cups.
You do not need to be a member of ACVH to book our facilities.
