Hiring the AVCH provides you with full access to the Main hall, Patios, Gazebo and rest rooms. From as little as £15 per hour, the village hall is perfect for parties, conference meetings, clubs and dining. Fully accessible, the facilities are clean and in perfect order. The hall can easily seat up to 70 people or 90 guests without tables. With excellent acoustics, hearing loop, projector screen and various lighting options, different types of events can be easily catered for.

KITCHEN

The ACVH are happy to hire the full use of its kitchen. Well-appointed, you will have use of the cooker, warming oven, refridgerator, dishwasher and serving hatch. A good number of kettles, cafetieres + urns are available and glasses + jugs, plentiful. Serving platters, trays, crockery, cutlery, tea sets and mugs are available. We have a number of smaller square tables and a few larger ones. Please bring your own party table cloths and tea towels. We do not charge for simply making a cup of tea but please do bring your own supplies.

BAR 

 

Currently the AVCE bar is not available for hire however we are happy for hirers to organise their own hot and cold beverages; There are plenty of glasses to serve your own alcoholic and soft drinks. For children's parties we suggest that you use our picnic plates and plastic cups.

You do not need to be a member of the ACVH to book our facilities.
