All rooms are subject to availability + acceptance of Terms & Conditions of Hire

A booking includes: the Main Hall, Gazebo, Patio, Car parking and use of the restrooms

Regular block bookings are not available on Saturday evenings

The ACVH have the right to utilise a small meeting room when required

The playing fields and children’s park are open at all times and may be in use during your event

The ACVH reserve the right to apply differing rates for specific events

e.g. wakes, church events + non-profit community use
