Hire agreement

 

For your own peace of mind you may want to complete a

ACVH Risk Assessment

 

MAKING A BOOKING REQUEST

You will receive a booking form from bookings@acvh.uk

Complete + return within 14 days to secure your booking

• Bookings are not accepted until a fully completed form has been received 

• We may request a  security deposit

• (required at the time of booking + refundable if terms + conditions are met)

• We can hold bookings for 14 days + if we do not receive a completed booking  form within that time your booking will be cancelled

• The full Hire Fee must be paid prior to the Period of Hire​​​​​
