For your own peace of mind you may want to complete a
MAKING A BOOKING REQUEST
You will receive a booking form from bookings@acvh.uk
Complete + return within 14 days to secure your booking

Bookings are not accepted until a fully completed form has been received

We may request a security deposit (required at the time of booking + refundable if terms + conditions are met)

We can hold bookings for 14 days + if we do not receive a completed booking form within that time your booking will be cancelled

The full Hire Fee must be paid prior to the Period of Hire

You will receive keys and access information when your booking has been agreed

Please do not park on the village roadside and use our field as an overflow carpark. The field gate key is in the key safe.
