Please follow the steps below to complete your booking. 

If you need a longer booking or cannot use the form, please email bookings@acvh.uk.

HOW TO BOOK: 

1. Choose the length of your event below and click "Book Now".

2. Select your preferred date from the calendar.

3. Select your start time. It will only show available time slots. (Click Show all sessions to see the full availability.)

4. Choose your Facility from the drop down menu. You can book the hall, gazebo or meeting room. 

5. Click Next.

6. Complete the booking form. Add anything else that you need us to know.

7. Click Book now.

8. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your booking. A volunteer will be in touch to finalise arrangements and payment.

Please note that volunteers check bookings periodically and reserve the right to cancel unsuitable hiring of the facilities.
