Please follow the steps below to complete your booking.

HOW TO BOOK: 

1. Choose the length of your event below and click "Book Now".​

2. Select facility - You can book the hall, gazebo or meeting room. 

3. If you require the full use of the kitchen, select it here. This is a fixed cost regardless of the length of event.

4. Select your preferred date from the calendar.

5. Select your start time. It will only show available time slots. (Click Show all sessions to see the full availability.)

6. Click Next.

7. Complete the booking form. Add anything else that you need us to know.

8. Click Book now.

9. You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your booking. A volunteer will be in touch to finalise arrangements and payment.

Please note that volunteers check bookings periodically and reserve the right to cancel unsuitable hiring of the facilities.
